1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Spyder Graphix, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Spyder Graphix reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change based on the specifications of the order, including but not limited to material changes, design alterations, or size adjustments.

• Taxes, shipping, and installation fees are not included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated.

3. Artwork & Approval

• All artwork and designs must be approved by the customer before production begins.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof for any errors, including spelling, layout, and design.

• Once the proof is approved, Spyder Graphix is not liable for any mistakes discovered post-production.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required to initiate production.

• Full payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery or installation.

• Spyder Graphix accepts payments via credit card, check, or bank transfer.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Production & Lead Time

• Standard production lead times are between 5-10 business days from the approval of artwork, depending on the complexity and size of the project.

• Rush orders are subject to additional fees and availability.

6. Color Matching

• Due to variations in monitor and printer calibrations, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to match colors as closely as possible.

7. Material & Warranty

• Spyder Graphix uses high-quality vinyl materials, but due to environmental factors such as sun exposure, weather, and normal wear and tear, Spyder Graphix cannot guarantee the lifespan of vinyl products.

• Warranty on materials is provided by the manufacturer and varies depending on the product.

8. Installation

• Installation services, if requested, are available at an additional cost and will be scheduled at the time of order.

• Spyder Graphix is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation if done by the customer or a third party.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Spyder Graphix offers shipping services at an additional cost. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the location and size of the order.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries for damage. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

• Cancellations must be made before production begins, and may incur a fee for any work completed up to that point.

11. Limitation of Liability

Spyder Graphix is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the products.

12. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spyder Graphix from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the products, including but not limited to any claims of intellectual property infringement.
